Alan Arnison Entertainments were at Studley Castle Sunday and Monday (16th & 17th Feb) for what turned out to be a memorable event.
The weekend consisted of Alan Arnison Entertainments providing a Murder Mystery on the Sunday with a Medieval Banquet on Monday
Myself (Mike James ) and Gillian arrived at Devere Studley Castle early Sunday morning. As this was the first one of 6 similar two day events that Alan Arnison Entertainments had been asked to organise for Deveres at Studley castle. I thought it would be wise to go myself on this one to help the team at Studley Castle and make sure it was a successful event . Rachael and her team at Studley Castle were extreme helpful and friendly .There were two Coaches booked on the weekend both were from the Coach company of Dunwood .It was the first time we at Alan Arnison Entertainments had put two of our most successful themed nights together on the same two day package. The first night was a Murder Mystery followed by a Medieval Banquet .The first night started off with a medieval musical duo call ” TAPESTRY OF MUSIC “.
I have used this duo for many years now and I always get good reports back. Then of course my actors from my murder mystery team started work and what a great night they put on.The people joined in with the spirit of the night with asking all sorts of questions and even writing some great limericks which are too rude to mention here .
The next night was the turn of the Medieval banquet .We, Alan Arnison Entertainments with the help of Bev Davies from Devere Venues had arranged a local fancy dress company to supply (at a small charge) outfits for the staff and the clients. It turned out to be brilliant idea and one we are going to do at ever one from now on. The Chef entered into the sprit by providing a marvellous banquet, all the staff and the guests had a great weekend . We at Alan Arnison Entertainments cannot wait for the next one which is in April.
